Where is my Pre-Order?

You've ordered a product ahead of time (you're the best!) and want to know where it is, which is completely understandable. For updates, please check back to this section when you're interested in seeing the progress on your item(s). There's usually a few bumps behind the scenes that might delay certain items, so I want you all to be very well informed at all times!

  • Autumn Equinox Pin: The pins are now in production! Pins should ship in June 2019. Thank you all so much for your patience!

Domestic Shipping

All domestic orders ship via USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail 2-Day and come with a tracking number associated with the shipping address provided at checkout. Reshipping fees due to incorrect addresses will be the responsibility of the buyer, so please double check when checking out.

Shipping prices are calculated during the check-out process and are based on the item(s) quantity/ size and your location within the United States.

Packages are shipped within five business days from when you placed your order and can take up to one week to reach their final destination.

International Shipping

International orders are shipped via USPS First Class and come with tracking numbers, which may or may not be accurate depending on your country's policies. USPS No Tracking is also available to save on shipping costs, but we are not liable for your order with this shipping option.

Can I have your designs made into a tattoo?

If you are interested in getting one of our designs tattooed, please submit a request with the design you have in mind through our contact form or by emailing us at hello@hannahkienzle.com. Our fee for the use of existing work is $30 per design and we ask that you credit Hannah Kienzle, as well as email a lovely photo of the finished piece!

For custom tattoo projects, please email us to learn about pricing and additional information.

Who took those beautiful product photos?

I got in contact with Chelsea Lane Photography and two local models in Asheville, NC to take my photos and pose with my products! I highly recommend her work (and she's super sweet too)!

Returns, coupons, and exchanges

Cancellation requests may be given within 24 hours of your purchase, unless your package has been shipped/ postage has been purchased. Because we are a smaller company, we cannot accept responsibility for packages that have been stolen, mis-delivered, or lost by USPS. If such a problem does arise, we will work with you to find a solution. Please send an email to hello@hannahkienzle.com.

When applying coupons, please do so before you check out. They cannot be applied after an order has been placed, due to the amount of fees we are charged for each transaction and refund.
