Due to comments and messages sometimes being lost on Instagram, email is the best way to get in contact with us.

Where is my Pre-Order?

You've ordered a product ahead of time (you're the best!) and want to know where it is, which is completely understandable. For updates, please check back to this section when you're interested in seeing the progress on your item(s). There's usually a few bumps behind the scenes that might delay certain items, so I want you all to be very well informed at all times!

When can I expect a response to my email?

We will respond to shop-related emails within 48 hours or less during the week and you can reach us at contact@hannahkienzle.com

Domestic Shipping

All domestic orders ship via USPS First Class Mail and come with a tracking number associated with the shipping address provided at checkout. Please be sure to double check your shipping address as reshipping fees due to incorrect/incomplete addresses will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping prices are calculated during the check-out process and are based on item quantity/ size and your location within the United States.

Packages are shipped within five business days from when you placed your order and usually take up to one week to reach their final destination.

International Shipping

We ship all over the world! International orders are shipped via USPS First Class within five business days. Depending on where you live in the world, it can take longer than the standard one week for domestic shipping.

Shipping prices are calculated during the check-out process and are based on item quantity/ size and your location.

Customs and import duties may be applied to your order when it reaches its destination. These fees can vary widely by country, but if you have questions, the best contact is your local post office or customs office to receive the most accurate, up to date information for your area. Please note HKILove is not responsible for these fees.

Customer Privacy

Information you provide to the HKILove shop through the ordering process will only be used to keep you up-to-date with your order’s progress and to contact you if there are any issues.

Subscribers to our newsletter/mailing list will only receive HKILove or Hannah Kienzle related announcements, and may unsubscribe at any time. We will never ever sell or otherwise give out information to a third party.

Can I have an existing design made into a tattoo?

If you are interested in getting one of our existing designs tattooed, please submit a request with the design you have in mind through our contact form or by emailing us at contact@hannahkienzle.com. Our fee for the use of existing work is $30 per design and we ask that you credit Hannah Kienzle, as well as email a lovely photo of the finished piece!

Custom tattoo projects are an option as well! Please email us to find out about pricing and additional information.

Returns and exchanges

Cancellation requests can be given within 24 hours of your purchase, unless your package has shipped. Because we are a smaller company, we can’t accept responsibility for packages that have been stolen, mis-delivered, or lost by USPS. If such a problem does arise, please email Hannah at contact@hannahkienzle.com, and we will work with you to find a solution. Please note that we do not offer returns/ refunds at this time.
